Tse's IEAuthenticator

This program lets administrator / parents control over the access of using Internet Explorer. It is good for home user or small organization to track down how many users and what users at what time are using the program. It offers simplicity in terms of using the program. All user access will be stored in a folder (or remote drive or floppy if you like). You should have this program if you always have unexpected guest who like to fool around your Internet without your notice or if you are in the organization that you want only certain people to get online.
